Yoshi Umeda

Yoshi Umeda was born in Japan and rose to the top as a professional surfer before moving to Hawaii to pursue his dream of living on the North Shore of Oahu.

Yoshi has trained with some of the best shapers in the business including Glen Minami and Wade Tokoro.  

We think he is probably one of the most under rated shapers on Oahu.  Constantly putting out great shapes like the Comet, Egg and Power Master.
